Setting Email Notifications for Flight Manifest

Freight documentation such as Notification To Captain (NOTOC), Pallet Weight Statement (PWS), and Manifest are sent to specific email recipients during the flight manifest process. You can configure the email parameters for sending NOTOCs, PWSs, and manifests in the Master Data > Others > Manifest Email screen.

Email notifications for Flight Manifest only needs to be set up by carriers who also use the Handling module.
  1. Navigate to the Manifest e-mail screen. Click Master Data > Others > Manifest Email.
  2. In the Manifest e-mail screen, you can create, modify, or delete email notification records.
    • To modify a record, select the record from the Record List pane then click Edit F2.
    • To create a record, click Add (Ins). The Station field is automatically populated.
    • To delete a record, select the record from the Record List pane then click Delete (DEL).
  3. Enter or modify the fields accordingly.
    Option Description
    Station The station code. This field is automatically populated and it defines the main station of the user. For example, LHR.
    Carrier The carrier code. If left blank, the settings are applied to all carriers in the system.

    You can retrieve available codes from the database by clicking , entering search data in one or more of the fields presented, then clicking Search. Select the desired code from the search list, then click Retrieve. The selected code will then populate the field.

    Note: Clicking Search when all presented fields are left blank produces a complete list of all data held.
    e-mail type Select the type of notification or freight documentation to be sent from the e-mail type drop-down menu:
    • Notoc
    • PWS
    • Manifest
    flight type Use the flight type drop-down menu to specify the type of aircraft. The flight type can be any of the following:
    • Passenger
    • Freighter
    • Truck
    Flight The flight number to which the settings are applicable.
    Dest

    The airport code of the flight destination. For example, MNL.

    Email Enter the email address of the user or recipient of the notification.
  4. Click OK to save the email notification settings.
Once saved, these email notifications are automatically sent when the user clicks the Flight Finalize button in the Flight Export tab of the Cargo Acceptance Export screen.
