About Storage: Storage Location Screen
You can store warehouse storage locations for AWBs and ULDs in the screen.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Station | The station of the storage location. This field is automatically populated with the station of the currently logged on user upon creation of a new record. |
| Storage Location | Enter a code to identify the storage location. |
| Blocked | Select the Blocked check box if you want a particular storage location to be rendered inaccessible to the user. The blocked storage location will not be available in the drop-down list of the Acceptance screens, and other screens such as ULD Control and Arrival/Delivery. |
| Export/Import | The system allows limiting the use of a storage code for export or import only. |
| ULD/AWB | A storage location can be limited to be only usable for storing cargo or for ULD storage only. |
| Height | Optional field to enter the height of the storage location. |
| Width | Optional field to enter the width of the storage location. |
| Length | Optional field to enter the length of the storage location. |
| Volume | Optional field to enter the volume of the storage location. |
| Storage Code | A storage location can be linked with a special storage calculation code used in the Import Delivery screen where the storage amounts are calculated. The corresponding code used to calculate the storage amount will then be used automatically by the system when the storage location is used. |
| Product Code | A storage location can be linked with a special product code (invoice code) used in the General Invoice screen where a special charge can be applied related to the storage code. The corresponding code used to calculate the invoice amount will then be used automatically by the system. |
| Customs # | This is the special customs number required by the customs authority. Enter the unique valid code linked to the storage location. |
| SHC List | A comma separated list of SHC codes. When an SHC code is entered in the Cargo Acceptance or Arrival screen, the storage location code can be automatically set and based on the location code, the applicable storage charge code as well. |
| Remarks | Use this free text field for additional information related to the storage location. |
| No Arrival Receipt | When selected, the system does not print the Notification of Arrival Document in the Import Arrival screen. |
| No Delivery Receipt | When selected, the system does not print the Delivery Receipt Document in the Import Delivery screen. |
