Processing Tables for Move or Deletion

You can delete or move data to the History database in Options > Admin > Archiving Data.

  1. Navigate to the Archiving Data screen. You can do this by clicking Options > Admin > Archiving Data.
  2. Select the table you want to delete or archive from the table. You can select multiple tables by using CTRL + Click or Shift + Click.
  3. Click Process Selected Tables.

If there are several records to process, the screen might turn gray after the process has started and no other task can be performed. Leave the application as is and start another session to continue working.
