Setting Up The HAWB Prefix

A House Air Waybill or HAWB prefix needs to be set up in the system before creating HAWB records. You can set the HAWB prefix in Master Data > Carriers.

1. Navigate to the Carriers screen. Click Master Data > Carriers.
2. Click Add (Ins).
3. Enter the mandatory information for setting the HAWB Prefix.
   1. Enter HWB in the Carrier Code field.
   2. Enter House Waybills in the Carrier Name field.
   3. Enter HWB in the Prefix field.
4. Select the House AWB Only check box.
5. Click OK to save the default HAWB prefix details.
