Resetting a Task

Some tasks can be reset in the Monitor tab of the Task Config screen. You can only perform the reset function if the status of the task is Completed or Disabled.

Some tasks have a Monitor tab that lists details about the executed tasks.
  1. Navigate to the Group Configuration tab. Click Options > Admin > Scheduler Configuration.
  2. In the Group Configuration tab, select the Scheduler Group of the failed task, then click the Task Configuration tab.
  3. Select the task, then click View/Edit.
  4. In the Task Config screen, click the Monitor tab.
  5. Select the failed task from the table. You can only reset a task if the Status is FAILED.
  6. Click Reset Selected Items.
