Configuring a Contact Person Record

You can create, modify, or delete contact person records in the Persons tab of the Forwarders screen. The details entered in this tab are used for mailing or marketing purposes.

You can add contact persons to an existing Forwarder record or immediately after creating a new Forwarder record.
  1. Navigate to the Forwarders screen. Click Master Data > Forwarders.
  2. Query the Forwarder you want to modify.
    1. Click Query (F7) or press F7.
    2. Enter the Forwarder name.
    3. Click OK.
    The Forwarder record is retrieved. If multiple Forwarder records are retrieved, select the record you want to modify from the Record List.
  3. In the Forwarders screen, click the Persons tab.
  4. In the Persons tab, existing contact person records are listed in the Record List pane. In this tab you can create, modify, or delete records.
    • To modify an existing record, select the record from the Record List pane then click Edit F2.
    • To add a new record, click Add (Ins).
    • To delete a record, select the record from the Record List pane then click Delete (DEL).
  5. Enter or modify the contact person details accordingly.
  6. Click OK to save the modifications.
