Renaming a Forwarder

Use the Rename Agent tab of the Forwarders screen to change the code of the Forwarder. You need to have appropriate access rights to make modifications to Agent codes.

1. Navigate to the Forwarders screen. Click Master Data > Forwarders.
2. Query the Forwarder record that you want to rename.
   1. Click Query (F7) or press F7.
   2. Enter a Forwarder detail, such as the Name or Short Name.
   3. Click OK.
   The Forwarder is retrieved. If multiple Forwarder records are retrieved, select the record you want to modify from the Record List.
3. Click Edit (F2) or press F2.
4. Click the Rename Agent tab.
5. Enter the following details.

   Field	Description
   Old Agent Code	The old or existing code of the Agent. It is recommended not to change or delete the previous or old code of the Agent. For more information, contact CHAMP Cargosystems.
   New Agent Code	Enter the new code for the Agent.
   All AWBs including those already processed by accounting	Select this check box if you want the new Agent code to be applied to all AWBs including those processed by accounting.
   Prices For This Agent	Select this check box if you want the old price agreement of the old Agent code to be applied to the new Agent code.

6. Click Rename Agent Code button to confirm and apply the changes.
