Defining 'Allow Collect' Air Waybills

The IATA standard acceptance rules for collect shipments are stored in the Allow Collect tab of the Carriers screen.

1. Navigate to the Carriers screen. Click Master Data > Carriers.
2. Query the carrier where you want to configure addresses.
3. Click Allow Collect.
4. In the Allow Collect tab, commodities are listed in the Record List pane. In this tab you can create, modify, or delete Allow Collect settings for different countries, airports, and carriers.
   • To modify a record, select the record from the Record List pane then click Edit F2.
   • To add a record, click Add (Ins).
   • To delete a record, select the message from the Record List pane then click Delete (DEL).
5. Click OK to save the modified or added record.
