About the Station Setting Screen: Action Tab

The Action tab of the Station Setting screen provides a facility for setting up certain client-specific actions. For example, email notifications for system actions.

Table 1. Action Tab Fields and Action Buttons

Field	Description
Station	The three-letter IATA station code. This field is automatically populated from the Station tab (Tab 1).
Seq	A system-generated sequence number for the record.
Carrier	Enter the carrier code. You can look up the available carrier codes from the database by clicking , entering search data in one or more of the fields presented, then clicking Search. Select the desired code from the search list, then click Retrieve. The selected code will then populate the field. Note: Clicking Search when all presented fields are left blank produces a complete list of all data held. By clicking the hyperlink, the system navigates you to the Carriers screen.
Action	Select the action code.
E-mail	Enter the SITA or email address of the station.
Flight Number	Enter the flight number. Note: To successfully specify a flight number, the action code must be selected first.
