Configuring Cancellation Control

  1. Navigate to the Station Setting screen. Click Master Data > Others > Station Setting.
  2. In the Station tab, query the station where you want to configure the connection time.
  3. Click Cancellation Control.
  4. In the Cancellation Control tab, existing configurations are listed in the Record List pane. In this tab you can create, modify, or delete connection time records.
    • To modify an existing connection time record, select the record from the Record List pane then click Edit F2.
    • To add a new record, click Add (Ins).
    • To delete a record, select the record from the Record List pane then click Delete (DEL).
  5. Enter or modify the fields accordingly.
    1. The Flight Origin Station is automatically populated with the 3-letter IATA station code from the Station tab (Tab 1). Enter the Product Code.
    2. Enter the special handling code in the SHC field.
    3. Optional: Enter the Email Address of the station's contact person.
    4. Enter the Hours Before the Flight.
  6. Click OK to save the modified, added, or canceled control detail.
