About the Station Setting Screen: Choice Tab

The Choice tab in the Station Setting screen sets additional Agent and Shipper information for printed air waybills. The additional information relates to the text required for Letter of Credit prints. When left blank, the system takes the standard IATA settings for AWB prints (Signature of Agent and Shipper).



Table 1. Choice Tab Fields and Action Buttons
Field Description
Station The three-letter IATA station code where the Carrier is handled. This field is automatically populated from the Station tab (Tab 1).
Copy from Station Enter the Station code, from which you need the settings to be copied from, into this field when updating the new carrier record.
Type The type of AWB. Select a Type from the drop-down menu:
  • House AWB Agent Remark
  • AWB for Agent
  • AWB for Shipper
  • Bank
Code Enter a code of your choice.
Free Text Use the Free Text field to enter additional information for printed air waybills. When field is left empty, the system takes the standard IATA settings for AWB prints. For example, Signature of Agent and Shipper.
